Think of it this way, the longer your home sits on the market, the more you have invested in your home (mortgage payments, utilities, taxes, insurance, & loss of rental income (for you invesors).

Then ask for tons of paperwork, find the loss mitigator at the mortagage/Bank dis the BPO hey this course is for you.Personally I'm happy with another trainer who has 9 ways of dealing with foreclosures instead of Dwan's desprate way.So, I asked for a refund and sent back the material in excellent condition they sent back the material stating :protest: you will not get your money back and that Dwan Bent Twyford & JP Vaughan will not honor their 100% money back gaurauntee.Look if you want Dawn's short sale course send me $995 it's yours, I'm stuck with it maybe you can be too.I say stay away from JP Vaughan & Dwan Bent Twyford they kinda had a short sale course now they are just scammers, I've got proof.

You would be getting into minimum gain issues and debt allocation issues to determine your basis in the partnership interest.Your basis is equal to capital paid in PLUS loans taken out (this is key for LLCs) plus gains minus losses, distributions and loan paid off/down.So basically your basis will be the purchase price of the building or home (cash down payment + loan taken out to purchase the property) to begin with.
