Hi all,  I know this is an old post but I have a situation were a window was broken and the street kids who did it were caught and a police report was filed. 

The City of Indianapolis and the police department are working with local communities throughout Indy to clean up the neighborhoods that are not so good. 

So do we now file a police report on this guy threatening our lives?
