With todays technology and in a  world where everyone posts their daily bathroom routines in line there is no secrecy.

We already pay enough people not to work;  some days I get the feeling there's only about a dozen folks in this country that aren't receiving some type of "disability" for something.I once had an applicant ASK me at the showing if I do the cash for keys deal. 

You need to disable Adobe Flash.

She is living month to month and living off of disability.

If they can't afford your unit, they need to move.And know, that I am now a disabled senior in subsidized housing, but my rent always gets paid first.  

Elderly or disabled tenants can request a stay of up to one year.

And unless their income is government income like social security or disability, etc., it can be garnished.  

I have not had issues otherwise and a routine mid lease inspection was unremarkable.That Sunday I was working.
