For a while there, every guru was promoting getting rich with Bulk REOs and everyone who posted that stuff was full of crap.

It's sold by gurus as a get rich quick business that anyone can do, which it is not.I am not trying to discourage you but more want to make you aware of the reality.

For all the newbies reading...it is possible with a good plan, hard work, and perseverance...the get rich quick schemes do NOT work!

My husband recently took the 3 day Rich Dad seminar and is excited to get going!

This is my first deal so I'm not looking to get rich off of it but I hope to make a some money and gain equity and learn for my next deal.

Look up members Jeff Brown or Rich Weese as they might have more info on the planning vases you are working on.
