@Zach HeineUnfortunately, you will need to amend the prior year's return to include the 8582.the only thing I can think of 'potentially' is that the tax preparer incorrectly listed the income as 'non-passive' and took the losses when they shouldn't have.you may want to have a review of your tax returns done.

It's also necessary to review the title policy when received as more than 50% of mine have coverage errors that were not noted on my marked up commitment that included the title company reps. initials.

If I added up all of the saved income from that one property using the metric above, that turns out to saving only 10-20% of rents (10% capex plus 10% maintenance): it’s not enough to cover this one expense-it’s roughly 2/3 of what is needed.

I choose the PM company based on the positive review on BP and hope it is good choice.They say it will take 1-2 weeks to rent out.
