Anyway, I figured that after purchase price, just shy of 20k in rehab, and reasonable holding costs, the profit would come in at 34-38K so I put the property under contract and proceeded to look for a buyer.I was given the name of an experienced rehab and holder and contacted him about the deal.

Ok, I need some help on figuring out how to finance this deal.

:badwords: I figured my rate would go up, but I was in for a rude awakening when I found out that I was going to get dropped entirely.

I figure something with a lot of units would make a decent income.

I figured it would be a good idea to get advice from pros (or atleast people more knowledgeable than i :wink:) as i go along since i'm 23 and don't know what the hell i'm doing yet!

This is a long, detailed process and if you don't really know what you are doing, than you'll spend hours trying to figure it out and that's just time and money wasted.

If I do that, I figure I can save approximately $800 per month.

I tried using an IRC chat, and too many people couldn't figure it out.

I think the best way to figure out prices is just to contact contractors in the area for quotes on different projects - like getting the roof redone or the driveway done.
