Definitely a reminder to always have firm and thorough policies and stick to them even when the potential resident seems like a nice person.

Perhaps remind her that an eviction filing goes on her record and will cause her great difficulty in finding another place to rent.

If there is anything that requires my immediate attention then they will have put a task in the system and I will get an alert or reminder.

Sends reminders to them as well as a maintenance message board so you can stay on top of any repairs. 

It reminds me of a very old 80s home.

My rents show up on their owners portal, but for some reason 3 months now I have not recieved deposits , even after numerous conversations about it, and a reminder just a week ago. hearing of these self services offered by companies such as cozy, I figure I can get almost exactly what a property manager does, except not all my eggs in one basket.

I have sent him reminders/certified letters regarding these items but he has not cleared up the garage or removed his boat.
