They know many like you maybe have enough to buy a course or something or do a seminar at the least.These people maybe have completed one or two deals or none at all.The guru's realize it's much easier to hype you up and sell stuff than do deals with the techniques they are pushing.Think about it this way.

I did sign two Release of Mortgage documents today and sent them to my lawyer so I am pretty sure that will play a key part in this.Bob - There is a technique I am aware of where one owns the first lien note but takes a DIL from the borrower (which leaves the liens in place).

Before driving around my local neighborhoods and practicing valuation techniques on local properties, I want to practice such techniques on my own VA-guarantee financed home that I bought last year; I'm going to pretend that I'm about to put the property up for rent and make a cash flow prediction.For my question, would it be wise for me to get my personal property appraised?

You have them fill it out, take an iPhone picture of their Driver's license (for ID, front and back) then have the Tenant Check company run them.Sometimes just this procedure alone is a Screen Technique;-)
