Please read my post and share your own thoughts on the topic.

Problem is (go figure) that I'm not sure I can raise the capital need to do the deal yet and therefore, so I'm looking for suggestions and feedback on how to do that. 

And then I randomly read where someone described "wholetailing" and I was like "oh hey I just did that!

I always remember a line from one of the many investing books that I read before; " If you want to know where you will be( financially) in 20-30 years, look at the people around you."

More importantly, of the things that are most highly recommended, I want to network with those people that might come into contact with the sellers when prepping their house to list, like powerwashing, whole house cleaning, etcAppreciate the feedback and ideas.  

There are many ways to invest in real estate but I don't know where to start other than reading more about the business.

Read a few books.Buy a three family to get some experience.Just my 2 cents.

Looking for some creative feedback.

Personally I started out with no mentor and by reading lots of books etc.
