I would love to know if there are any groups, clubs or events in the area for investors both residential and commercial and if there are any companies with apprenticeships for investors, property managers or project managers.

I've made it my goal that by April 1st, I would start taking actionable steps towards sourcing and landing deals I can take to potential sellers/investors. 

Another option is collaborating with an investor who has the funds for a fix-and-flip project, allowing you to contribute your expertise while sharing the financial load.

I am wanting to expand my business into property and project management as well but how do I contact other investors about partnering and expanding without sounding like I am cold calling?

It’s important to figure out your goals and objectives, and then that will ultimately give you a few areas that you can narrow it down to.

I am also trying to establish my team, I have a good realtor who is sending me properties, I was connected to a lender but I am open to suggestions/ recommendations for lenders, property managers, project manager (is this common?)
