The right strategy for your business and your market (we can help you w/ that)The right traffic plan for your budget and time (we can help you w/ that)A website dialed in and setup to perform well in converting visitors to leads at a high rate (more online leads come through Carrot than any other platform for investors) You know how to close leads at a high rate to a deal once they come in (simply answering the calls live vs. going to voice mail will increase that ratio big time in a competitive market)And the support to help you refine your strategy as you go (we help you w/ that)... if those principles are followed and you're patient you'll get results.
Krissie Cole Residential Home Care facility/Assisted Living Connections

Depending on the state as long as its "assisted living" and not "skilled nursing" you can have "med techs" who actually do the med pass and just have a nurse in charge / supervising - now with 5 to 10 beds it might not make sense to have the med techs (unless you have a nurse who is willing to be on call 24/7) but another thing to look into is if you'll actually need a registerd nurse vs an lpn/lvn.I'd think with that many beds you may also want to consider hospice care or care for illnesses that leave the patient mentally handicapped (vs geriatric patients)One more possibility is "adult day care" , where you're only keeping the place open half the day and the clients leave at the days end.
