Hello,I recently moved out of my parents' house after graduating high school last spring and have been looking for the best method for myself to begin investing in real estate.

That means mowing your yard, cleaning up leaves and controlling weeds.

I have some experience in property managing, I didnt mention my parents have owned a rent house for most of my life, so I've gotten a small taste of what it is like managing and fixing things as well as small renovations between tenants.

I've been investing in real estate for a while and often become frustrated with the process and I end up trying to control everything.   

I imagine having to train someone up who wants to do this themselves... high level of quality control required.
