Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Montgomery.

I just have 5 units and am doing other work to help pay the bills in addition to doing all the property management myself (upkeep, repairs, cleaning in between tenants, mowing, finding & interviewing tenants etc).   

A month ago there was a very tramatic event in their family where they asked if they could get out of the lease. 

Indy is up on average 3.7% YoY in median sales price.Inventory on the market has been steadily rising.
