With some manipulation, I can create my needed columns, but there should be a better solution.Does anyone using Buildium know how to create a simple CSV (or tab delimited) file that has columns for all (or most) transaction fields?

Great point, and with a slightly irregular data set, you have to hand-parse the remaining records - sometimes I will sort by the 'extra' field/string length, and then run two different cut/append operations (1st part, 2nd part) to make it all pretty again.

For instance one of my markets in SC  the city is in the process of changing the zoning in the old industrial area to multi use commercial resi  with all sorts of development bonus for Leed  open space,, electric cars  bike paths etc.. transform and entire area.. what has been a waste land last 20 years will now become a new utopia  and the developers smart enough and expeirnced enough  to partake will do very well I predictAnd we cannot underestimated the value of networking and gaining a power position in one's field ... once a person or company gets to a certain level ( that they busted their butt to get to ) its amazing how the deals find you...

Thanks @Kelly N.I did get that far and there was so much "busy-ness" on the pages it turned into a time consuming effort in the search.Using the filter options helped some and I did find 2 properties but there should be some sort of "ordering by column or field" so those items jump immediately to focus.Thank you for answering and have a great day.

I'm an investment adviser and the main draw for me to real estate is frankly the % of income you can return, safely, without worry that this withdrawal unsafely draws down my principal (Show me a mutual fund you can take 10% off of year in and year out no matter what the market does and that you won't deplete).So if you're hiring a property manager who handles all the fixes, fields all the calls when stuff breaks, screens tenants, fills vacancies, evicts people who don't pay then how much of this really matter...doesn't it come down to the numbers?
