Are there agents out there in those cities that folks can recommend that are multifamily investors themselves?

Good place to meet folks you may be able to work for.

I am not asking for "legal" advice and know I should consult my CPA or attorney but would love to see what other folks are doing.

No one had approval authority but me.Its harder for me as some folks here do not want to take direction from a girl.I would think that the person just looking and reporting will need to be well versed in construction to know if all is well, maybe someone like a home inspector who does the inspections when you first buy a house. 

Now some folks have a multi-tired water fall structure.

Especially since lending is less lenient and it becomes harder for folks to purchase homes. 

Usually it was folks asking about in investing with him.

Then we started running into problems with confusion with my cleaner who had another cabin named Million Dollar View, then confusion with my pest control folks who had another cabin named Million Dollar View and then the ultimate happened.
