Please provide your real name and a copy of your lease so you can move from alleged tenant status to a real person.Now regarding your uninformed comments on values and rates of returns, let it suffice to say that the City recorded documents prove all values and resales independently of those ignorant of the actual details like yourself wondering about things and postulating their worst negative projections .
