When I first started with them I was a rookie in the full sense of the word and their customer service was superb.Now, I rarely talk to them, but find there interface easy to navigate and access the behind the scenes as aspects of websites (databases, setting up e-mails, etc).

I use Zillow, a mortgage calculator, Real Estate by Smarter Agent, a notepad, and the invaluable google maps with navigation.
