Heyas - quick question for ya's:  I'm trying to nail down a company name and can't decide if I can/should use REI in the name or not. 

He as much as said he wants to leave the B- segment for a more expensive segment because (he didn't say this outright, but his meaning was clear) he wanted to deal only with tenants who were like himself in socio-economic-educational background.In my opinion this hits the nail on the head for many people who are skeptical about investing in this class of property.

That's what we're trying to nail down, but it only really works for other DIYers who are all in on RE investing (vs. those who are dipping their toes as a side-hustle). 

Nail down your exact number you need to live on with all expenses and some working capital and drive towards that number every day. 

Lastly, once the walls are installed, pack out the rest of the studs using1/4" plywood to account for the nailing flange, then use green board ( moisture resistant Sheetrock)to finish

If you think about it, there's only a couple good restaurants in town and the best one, the Bistro at Everett, no longer allows non-guest reservations and you hit the nail on the head for the winter time, there isn't much to do except sit at the cabin. 

As long as you abide by their rules and pass the fire inspection, you get a permit.El Dorado County, they have a cap on the number of permits they are issuing.
