You might be able to divide that into a bunch of lots and build multiple single family homes that will keep and command more value.

I invest at the sheriff sales in multiple counties throughout the Chicagoland area and I have come across foreclosures on 2nd mortgages with a first still in place.

There are multiple lenders that will do 15/85 LTV.  

Not sureif this was the beginning. ...but there were alot of restrictions, one being you couldn't own multiple properties even if the purchase was for primary residence. 

I don't like dealing with multiple contractors even though Home Depot guarantees your satisfaction I don't want the hassle of having things fixed.  

Im backing out of yet another deal because it is a long distance investment and you and multiple other people are forecasting a lot of headache to come.
