I haven't even thought about financing auto's (well except for the kids that is); and I'm about due for another auto. 

Within a few weeks all of the kids that lived there were cleaning poop as soon as the owner left it behind and the place was spotless. 

@Denita Ozenne I am in the beginning stages of the a course from https://www.realestateexpress.com/ I think it will probably take me about two months to get the full course taken care of with kids and some key remodeling that I need to finish up here at the house.  

If you find a good wholeseller please share it with us and by "us" I mean "me" HAHA I am just kidding no but seriously....

@Austin Davis, I don't use anti virus software because I am just damn careful and do not let the kids use my computer EVER.

I teach kids with autism so i do have a W2 job.

Everyone in the area sends their kids to private/parochial schools, which are quite cheap...Thanks for the input though.

I'd like to fix I up and flip it...take the profit and put it as a down payment on a home for me and my kids...seeing as how this entire situation left us homeless.I don't have Money, I simply have a will and hope that a pro out there has some suggestion.
