@Jo Anna Stryker - I'm going to guess that law school did not cover subjects like economics and investing, just like medical school and engineering school don't.I would expect that somebody who went to law school should have little trouble coming up with money to pay for RE training ...

Regarding AFSCs, I'm a medic so anything extra I make just goes to the student loans usually :)

The current business owners were running some medical practices I do not wish to continue.

We also have Fluke, Moss Adams, Providence medical center, Naval base, ALL the Snohomish County government buildings/offices, Everett Clininc, Swedish Medical. 

Not only do we have beach tourism, we have educational tourism (one of the largest universities - USF and then UT), and also medical tourism (we have some of the best hospitals in the country especially for outpatient services).

I'm targeting areas within 45mins drive in rush hour to Texas Medical Center.

I  am currently employed in the medical field.

When you look at their credit report, it shows they have car loans, student loans, medical debt, and other monthly debts that add up to $5,000 a month, which is a 50% DTI.

This is part of the real estate game I know very little about.So I have a good friend who is an anesthesiologist in Brazil, and he may be going to Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University in Providence, RI to do another residency for the next few years.
