I am looking for a good book or other media on how to best manage the maintence staff of a 30-year-old low-rise grade B property.     

Gas prices are high, but like most things, the media likes to blow things way out of proportion.

We also have an office manager to help run things along with managing my social media(FB and Insta).

Prices in KC are hot despite what the media is painting :)

Or would it be best to start looking into other, small creative outlets to help me generate extra income that I could put towards paying down student loans, and then eventually jump into my first real estate investment?

Our market has slowed down due to the jump in interest rates and all the gloom and doom forecasts from the national media keeping buyers on the sidelines. 

Some additional bathroom outlets were updated too.
