Toilets will save more water than anything that you do.Dishwashers, believe it or not, will save a lot of water as well.Lastly, make sure that there are no unlocked outdoor faucets.

You will need to have a 1065 partnership return filed for the new LLC but this will help account for the 'tax savings' etc. for future use.

I've never found a book that helps all that much, but if anyone has a suggestion for that, I'd love to know it.As far as saving receipts, I rarely do.
