Procedures to manage results from the calculator tools
Hi gang. Just starting out and have done about a dozen property analyses using the Rental Calculator tool.
The BP calculator lets you save the results which is great, and I know you can set Reminders. But now that I have a dozen saved, I’m trying to figure out how manage the results.
- Is it a property that I want to pursue?
- Have I looked at the property?
- Is it still for sale?
- Etc
Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for how to manage those results.
Thanks,
Marcus
