I'm looking to rent out a home and was doing some research on the HAR.com and it seems like there's an abundance of SFH for rent in Houston right now, specifically along the Energy Corridor as well as in Katy.

Or, can I reinvest the money in a property that will take less of my time and energy while maintaining the same rentinc? 

I was not about to get into a battle with this seller...wouldn't be worth my time or energy (plus he was freakin huge).

Plus, you'll have a more energy efficient home, so you may qualifying for tax rebates for replacing them.Are you looking for a company that sells windows, installs them or both?  

Spend the time and energy to network and market to potentially distressed sellers.

It's not worth the time, effort or mental energy.

@Cornelius Garland  yup probably the number one biggest  deceiver in all of REal estate the wholesaling guru  ... touting how to get rich at this when in fact as YOU know this is a very advanced strategy takes a bunch of money to really make any money and very very few will do more than a deal or two a year.. to me a complete waste of time an energy for 99% of the people who are not committed like you and your partner.PS have you driven by 881 Ashley that I bought from you... turned out it was full of termites so we had to demo it and build a new build... going to market a t650k.. looks like we will make 200k on that deal. so thankyou for thinking of me on that one.
