Contractors in/around Worcester MA
Hi there,
I'm purchasing a triplex this upcoming May located in Worcester MA. The home is currently owned by my mother and I am buying it for a great price.
It's pretty darn old (built in 1890) and needs some work (the house is in great shape from a structural stand point) but needs a new roof, external paint job and a minor interior renovation in the 3rd and 2nd floor units.
Although I have a general idea of what these issues could potentially cost me, I'd like to have a proffesional contractor come in and kind of help me price the work needed, plus help me determine what else needs to be done, or what could potentially become a problem down the road.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated and hopefully there is someone who can lend a helping hand.
Like I said, I am not buying the home until May but would like to get a contractor in there asap to help with some quotes.
I look forward to working with you!

Hey Robert that's awesome!! Congrats!
If you were looking for a reputable contractor that knows his multis let me know and I'll be happy to pass my Contractors info along.
If you weren't looking for that then congrats anyways !
Keep in mind that the City of Worcester has a $750,000 HUD Grant for investment properties (up to $5000 available per unit) that they haven't really advertised yet. Let me know if you are interested and I can put you in touch. ALSO, make sure to check in with MassSave for an energy audit and what freebies/discounts they have. You're in a great spot where you have some time to research these things and save some $$$ ! Here's the link to MassSave and feel free to reach out with any other questions or anything I can help you with. KP
