I've mainly been focusing on REO and short sales listing which seem to be duds.

I started my real estate journey back in November 2016 so many completed items (mainly educational) are not listed. 

VA loan has to be used for your main residence, and in General they only allow each individual to have one at a time, It is very comparable to the FHA loan.

But the main thing is call back your people that are responding quickly and put in a phone number where you can be reached. the email thing is such a round robin when renting, hopefully this will increase your leads and you'll rent it right away...

In addition, the water main line is rusted and would need replacing.

Unless they're on a foundation, container buildings will be considered by banks as "personal property," and banks won't finance the main house if there's a "trailer" on the property when the next buyer takes possession.  

Maybe it isn't as big of a hurdle as it might seem.Also, since at least some of these properties are occupied, I wouldn't be able to make any rent or upgrade changes until the lease is up.

There are hurdles such as seasoning and regulations about how title is transferred.  

Or maybe it'll add slight value since it'll allow for a great parking situation for the main property/units instead of being street parking (on a relatively busy street).They're asking $39,900 for it.
