I am not saying this to slight the profession but  at the end of the day real estate sales is truly a zero barrier of entry business.

In all the states where we operate, we have been vetted by the real estate commission and our attorneys to make sure we follow their marketing rules and guidelines.It’s best to have everything vetted by a real estate attorney who can then ensure that the language used in your contract and MLS listing complies with local state laws. 

Hi folks -I'm new to BP and real estate (but very familiar with finance and comfortable with early-stage risk in general - I come from the tech venture world).I'm considering making a small hybrid equity investment / loan to a developer building homes.

The lesson was simply adding it before someone asks next time Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

This is a great place to start though and learn.I would join some Host and local Facebook groups or see if you can find any property management groups that may need help in your area.

Can anyone confirm and if so, and local companies you recommend to help with removal? 

I can't find any real info on what to do with a jailed tenant other than honoring the lease until they miss a payment.
