I would suggest perusing all of the most interesting fortums that you are drawn to, and formulate the type of real estate investing that matches your personality, energies, and financial haves and wants.

It's ok to use that energy, but take care that you temper it with a conservative approach to what you do.

I can understand how the lack of joints might make a difference in the energy required to pump water or some other fluid in an industrial location, but residential water usage is going to be determined by how much you open the taps.

@Atwan Kwan No one said it would be cheap to get energy bills lowered from $500 a month, or convenient.

He says let's put this green energy money to some good use.

Traffic is light, and for the most part people that work weekends will be at work and people that are off/don't work will still be in bed/inside. 

As far as returns, are you willing to do any light rehab (carpets, paint) to get a discount to get those returns you're looking for?
