Some need a bath/kitchen upgraded scoped out and done each time a unit turns.We're not looking to hire a contractor for this. 

My ratings are higher than the hotel ratings and access to a fully stocked kitchen and a washing machine / dryer.

Needs lots of cosmetic work, new appliances. 

I paid for these by forgoing the new kitchen counter tops I had wanted.

Rehab comps have sold with laminate floors, quartz countertops, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.

It had newer appliances, washer, dryer, countertop stove and pergo wood floors.

The appliances are worth $500?

Beatiful cherry custom-built cabinets in the kitchen and all bathrooms (previous owner paid for extras) - I would probably be upset if they get damaged.And I paid over 2K for backyard landscaping (on top of 180K) - I really hope the backyard is taken care of.

If you have four 2bed/1bath units with the same appliances, split it four ways and call it a day.

Besides that, our tenants are usually only in the property for 3-4 hours a day, they almost never use appliances, and are very gentle on floors, cabinets, etc.
