Does being a co-borrower count toward the 10 investment property limit? 

Should I sell my home in Colorado Springs/ Broadmoor area or convert it into a rental??

Otherwise I’d stay with a friend/co-worker or relative for a week.

I have an interesting opportunity to co-sign on a property that has been rented out via Airbnb and Weddings. 

Housing is a hot topic in CO mountain communities.

That or hazardous waste co’s

Every city has opportunity so specifically based on where I would like to live, I would say somewhere in Colorado or SoCal

Hey everyoneI'm interested in investing in some 1 to 2 bedroom condos/co-ops in central to Eastern long Island. 

Taxes do seem high but then again I live in CO where the taxes are crazy low compared to the rest of the US...Also, I don't know what the cap rates are going for a class C building in Ann Arbor but it appears they have this one listed at an 8 cap if the numbers you gave are their numbers...while you want to purchase at a 9.38 cap.

Agent told me today that you can only have a personal umbrella and/ or business umbrella, they don't co mingle.
