As far as tenant screening, you look for the same things you would in other areas: income, criminal history, evictions, landlord reference, employment reference and perhaps credit.

There is too much money in real estate as far as india goes.

As far as the rest of it goes I would defer to the locals.

If it feels right do it BUT make sure you have a back up plan as far as money because you could go months without a check.

There is so much housing being built in that submarket.

You may also find that your client is looking for a unicorn and may decide it isn't in your best interest to start the hunt with them.As far as data goes - I don't think you will find one source of information that combines the items you are looking for.

The adhesive is powerful chemical smell, and you really need to know what you're doing as far as layout, rolling edges, etc.
