I recently put out a video that shares a bit of our story and offers an invitation to a totally free (no pitches) webinar I created.It includes 5 Principles that new investors need to know as well as our story of how we built our $1.35M portfolio with just $35K in cash. 

There might be some buy and hold land investors in Bakersfield too, I have been invited to several projects but I couldn't find the financial backing for me to confidently render a bid.Texas might have spent a ton of dollars but it is also a very large state and much more harder which areas are the sweet spots to build.

We went from 3 to over 300 members.At our monthly meetup this month, we were able to invite a very special BP guest: @Ben Leybovich - who graciously stayed up past 1:30am to speak to our group and help educate them on investing.

As stated above, I’ve owned it for over 3 months and experienced numerous losses due to fact that my residential renovation plans are not going be approved due to improper zoning.  

We adapted and we made numerous internal changes to both policy and process to make sure an experience like yours could be mitigated as best as possible in the future.

I spoke with the broker numerous times and when I got his contract I see that it says the dreaded "and or assigns".

Secondly do the same for me on the signing for the tenant/ buyer (renter) and  They take phone my number and name but the attorney doesn't call back on numerous occasions.
