Thank you for doing that work to make it easier for us to engage :) I can only speak to #1 - yes, if you use the cash that you pulled of property #1 to buy #2 and #3, for instance, you would have mortgage interest, depreciation loss, and operating cost deductions from each of the 3 properties.

That has definitely not been my experience in Orlando (tenants have to give me at least 30 days heads up that they are moving, I put it up on Zillow and usually by the time they leave I have a new tenant coming in.
