New to Phoenix, new to Real Estate

I have been wanting to get into Real Estate for a long time, but spent too many years improving my procrastination skills instead.  It is time to change all that.  I just bought a home in Phoenix a few months ago, relocating from the Pacific Northwest.  I am as green as it gets in Real Estate, so I am here to learn and network.  Thanks!

Stephen
