They were inspirational as they stated i essentially performed on my promise to buy via a creative way, and essentially did what a Realtor (before I became one too) would do and find a buyer for the right situation.

A recent podcast (#105) from a local (PG County) flipper and landlord was inspiring re the opportunities to be had in nearby MD. 

Since finding BP last week I've been listening to all the podcasts any chance I get (at 1.5x speed sometimes multiple times) and finding the inspiration to absorb as much as I can to get a real start in real estate investing.
