I'm a single mother of five hoping too build a future for my children.

We plan to move back into the townhouse once our children move out and go off to college.

Low income tenants usually have a bunch of drama and it's like managing children almost in some cases.I want returns but no drama so that stuff isn't for me.  

Hearing dogs provide alerts to their owners when they hear specific sounds, such as the doorbell, smoke/co alarms, intruders, alarm clocks, babies/children crying, stove timers, car traffic, etc.4.

Inspired by the poll style posts by @Karen Margrave , so I'm starting my own!

Yes, there are not set standards, but do you want to make children have lung damage,  asthma or learning disabilities?

We are comfortable doing this as we don't have any children yet and few "expensive" fixed costs.

Those shows are great entertainment & good for inspiration but far from reality.

But I believe the sooner children are educated about passive income the better. 

First, I’d like to create more cash flow because some more money would be very helpful since my wife is at home with our children.
