Buying your first home (or any home you intend to live in) is an emotional decision.

If I don’t succeed I can’t ensure what the job market will be when I need the income in 2014.Obviously I would like to have more experience under my belt before starting full time and have a more established network to feed me deals but my main thought is that if I don’t take this opportunity now when I don’t need significant income in the first year to jump in I may never do it.

In fact, in two of the cities that I have rentals in, I don't even think there are houses like this anywhere in the city.

I did keep writing letters though since the hand written letters seemed to get phone calls coming in. I

The upstairs has 3 rooms that I can rent out during the summers as the village it is situated in is on the famous "Coast to Coast" walk.

That town that we lived in is turning into a ghost town on top of that area still being a depressed market.
