Hi @Jade IgwebeThere is a ton of great information and people on the forums!!

I'm sure my interests will evolve overtime as I gain more knowledge and resources but at the moment I do not have capital so I'm looking for ways to get started with little/no money.I've recently read information from Kent Clothier on wholesaling and have also recently learned about a concept called "overages".

I am getting more information from the seller and plan on making an offer so I'll let everyone know how that goes.

Who I did know was my renovation contractor at my own house who agreed to do the work and he's been a constant source of wisdom, information, and support.

We will be meeting for lunch next week and I just want to make sure I have all the information needed before sitting down with him.This is actually two 4 unit complexes on the same lot so would this be considered a commercial deal?
