Once your friendly plan is not complied with, you need to follow your state's laws and go to court for either a formal payment plan or eviction.As for the vacancy timeline, 5 months or 1 year seems ways out of line.

Two other sellers remain on the fence, and they both have a few properties.My next campaign will be slightly different as I will be putting a more personal touch into the message such as adding business cards and doing a more formal letter as opposed to a 5 x 7 yellow letter.
