If it is a light issue you could easily get some black out curtains for each unit, if it is a thermal issue they make rubber backed thermal insulated curtains (think hotel style on the little tracks) you can get them fairly cheaply if you purchase a lot of them.

The risk you run by having drawings all ready and paid for is that developers may have their own style, design, numbers, etc.

I have never used it for indoor slugs, but I would put the beer OUTSIDE the area impacted like in or on the ground outside the bathroom.

(2) Conventional Renovation - You may be able to get a "commercial line loan" these are tough to find for remodel, usually it is more of a new construction style loan. (3) Hard Money - This expensive - but you can convert to a permanent loan and live in it.I hope this helps.
