All of our cash is tied up in the second house (purchased with all cash and brrrring) I was under the impression that we have to wait 6 months to refinance to pull the cash back out.. but after checking out a couple sites I am reading that I might be able to refi earlier... just have to find the right bank?

Depending on the comps in that particular market, I doubt you will get your $$ back but you might since it will have a better first impression appeal and possibly sell quicker....Most houses in my area sell with the dishwasher and stove but often do not have a refrigerator in them at sale
