His firm's specialty is working with small businesses.  

We do both traditional STR Air BnB for properties we own and we host properties for other people. 

They said they were delisting 3 of them due to hosting standards.

I may be coming in from the opposite spectrum from most but I believe hosting pets are your property is not too risky if you can vet your tenants accordingly and know what to expect from them.

Inflation requires velocity of money, and host of other factors, demograpics, interest rates etc.

It's based in Australia. but basically they take a bunch of str hosts and and stay at each other's listings and rate them.

The consumer expectations of STR Hosts are not going to drop, as more professional STR hosts enter the market (which they are at a rapid rate), consumers will demand more, and hosts will have to deliver to stay competitive.
