Beyond these, it will depend on property location: you'll need to handle snow for vacant properties & multifamilies, pools if properties have them, pest treatments in the south, etc.

Yeah, some people "swear by" property managers (but I don't have one).If you are doing brrr and fix n' flips, you'll need more extensive amount/type of tradesman to handle all the work.
