I've read most of the books by Brandon Turner and Dan Greene, and I'm ready to drive into this Real Estate investing and buy my first rental property. 

I contacted David´s Greene team (The One Brokerage) and they said I can refinance with them at a higher interest rate and only for up to 65%.

The Bigger Pockets (or David Green) concept of every deal has three legs just bring two and you can find the third is 1,000% TRUE:  In every deal you need the following:  The Deal, The Money and The Hustle... if you can find a solid deal and are willing to do the work (bring the hustle) you can easily find the MONEY! 

I’ve begun listening to Brandon Turner’s BRRR as well as David Green’s long distance investing book.

The core 4 is David Greene’s strategy for long-distance and made up of a realtor, contractor, property manager, and lender.

It looks like the small and some medium business has been designated as "non essential" where are large mega corporations have been given green light and have reported significant gains.

I am investing in the Green Hill neighborhood and have a good sense for the rest of the city.

Similar quads on Green st in Hallsville rent for $750, quite a difference.
