The one my previous tenant had chewed off sprinkler heads, all the wires off the sprinkler valves, the bottom of a door off, dug holes, etc. 

In my situation, I gently probed for their "future plans" before non-renewing just to see where their head was at. 

However, if you did not know about this little tip (and "Hallelujah" is playing in your head while you are reading the article, like it was in mine) then your welcome.  

To avoid issues like this, I prefer to pull the wire information from the portal where all the other documents are housed or calling my contact to confirm the information verbally before heading to the bank versus using the information that is emailed to avoid any possibly errors or fraudulent activity.
