Hello, i am in the DMV area and i am looking for cashflowing rentals. I am new to investing. Is it possible to find a rental in the dmv area with a cashflow of $800 or above.

@Account Closed you can make any asset cash flow $800 depending on how much cash you have to put down and what ROI you would like. I concentrate on the IRR and NOI of the property from a longer point of view.
