That being said, this is a great lesson to all to make sure you get multiple bids (at least two) so you have something to compare to.The real hard decision is deciphering which contractor will do said work in the time allowed and at the quality you expect.There is an industry rule of thumb that you can choose ONLY two of the following three: Price, speed, quality

@Daunte Flowers I take on a handful of people at a time and unfortunately I don't have any space right not but I did want to give you my own advice with finding a coach.I personally think having a good coach or partner is a great option if you want to speed up the learning process.

@Nathan Platter - Depends on what the borrower values more: speed to close, interest rate, LTV...A bank type loan will give the best rates but won't close quickly.
