Hello everyone, So I recently looked into Phil Pustejovsky's freedom mentor program, and while I liked the concept, I was wondering if anyone knew of a program like this local to the Cincinnati area. 

Mortgage loan is in my name only and I bought with the first time home owner program. 

My thought would be spend way more time looking at deals, sourcing deals, closing deals, than reinventing a great well functioning wheel.   

No exceptions.If your rental is in Oakland or anywhere in Alameda County then check out a program called Abode Services.

So for him, electronic payment via Zelle is most convenient and cost effective.To complete the story, my wife recently bought Apple watches for herself and me, and it receives programmed notifications via the iPhone to the Apple watch, and I felt a vibration midnight while dozing off in bed, when the notification of the Zelle payment came in.

I also don't want to spend a lot of money on sending and receiving payments.With an added bonus, are there any programs that can do all of the above AND report to the credit bureaus to help my tenants build their credit history and will record late payments if they miss them?

Any one know good/flexible online programs?

There are some programs when you exit the military to help you find civilian jobs, you will be briefed about them in your TAPS class. 

I joined a MF mentorship program in August and I am currently working on the education and team-building/networking I need to have in place for a first MF deal.

Although there are programs that require only 20% down so that might be worth looking into.
