A quick search seems to come up with companies willing to fill this role for $100+/year.Should I be paying for this service for each LLC I form now and in the future or should I use myself or my spouse?

Hello BP Community,Can anyone recommend a reasonable LA area real estate attorney to draft an operating agreement for a new LLC we are forming?

Also since we are planning to buy multiple homes would it be best to put them all under our names or form some sort of LLC?

The only way I'm wholesaling something is if it requires financing I don't have, it's logistically too difficult for me to rent or flip, or it's not a good enough deal to meet my requirements.

Last year was the turning point for me as I made more money in a single year than I ever had before.

For me the construction and figuring out what to develop is a comfortable area, its the financing and deal making that I am hoping to get some help with.  

I guess my question is, what is a good constructive way to form a partnership with him, are there legalities?
